"Beautiful bakery/ cafe. Loved the decor and how you can actually watch the bread/ baked goods being made. The chai was spicyyyy for me but I liked that it wasn’t overly sweet. The cinnamon pastry was so beautifully made and really tasty."

"Good healthy place to have breakfast! I was here with 7 others. For me the pancakes tasted fine, others found them amazing. Also, some had a healthy bowl which I found great (had a taste of it . The coffee was okay. There are enough gluten free options which is nice. Recommend you to take it with you and sit to the park nearby with good weather :"

"Being annual visitors to Whistler we have made a visit to The Brickworks for the last three years. We have always enjoyed the atmosphere food and drink selection but they have really stepped up this year! The food was amazing, the addition of more gastro style dishes was ace! I especially linked the bone in pork loin! Balanced menu with lots of non meat options made it perfect for the non carnivores in our group. The staff make this place extra relaxed with great non intrusive service, special shout out to Kim, Nerissa and Bram! Get in there if you hit whistler!"
