My wife and I have tried this area's three other Vietnamese places. All are good but our fav is Pho 777. When Pho Boi was being constructed it looked promising. Great sea front location and nice décor. Once opened the décor was indeed good and it has outdoor patio on seafront for summer. Buy wow was the food poor. our family today had a great meal in pho boi. eating was great, service-friendly and the prices are more than reasonable.
