Very disappointed by this facility and its treatment of customers. We booked a few hours before dinner, and when we arrived, it was said that the restaurant was closed and the boss went home. It seemed like they cleaned up from a private function. The first time here and were not quite sure what to expect. Kellner answered all our questions. The food came fast and was delicious. Will definitely be back.

When we contacted OpenTable, they confirmed that the statement was untrue and that Bund Shanghai was an active customer.
Everything was yummy from the Chicken Wings to our 3 Course Peking Duck. The place was nice too and all their servers were pleasant and attentive. One server though needed training in customer service, just a feedback. Nevertheless, because of our love for Chinese we will surely be back.
