"The mac and cheese is to die for. Absolutely delicious, the drinks are made well (strong). The main courses were amazing as well. We had the fish and chips and the fish tacos. My only complaint is that we waited 1hr and 30mins for our main courses to come out. It was apparently caused by the kitchen staff being trained by the chef as all of their kitchen staff was new. Regardless. I would percent come back and indulge."

"Best French Fries in the Ottawa Valley. Free gravy on your fries. 4 napkins . Fast friendly service. Good parking. Convenient location on Trans Canada highway 17 for cross country travelers. You wont be disappointed. Havent tried any of the other food but lots of platters being sold when i was there today at 1 pm. I very seldom stop to rate food outlets but this one deserves the accolades Mjt"

"We dropped into the Brisons Bistro Wednesday evening for their Date Night Special. We met the new Executive Chef Kristopher and his team.. The special of the evening was authentic Butter Chicken made from scratch. Basmati Rice and Nan Bread . It was absolutely fantastic....We came back in Dec. and try his Rib Eye steak which was excellent. The New Menu has changed. Now they have a Rack of smoked ribs. Bison Burger, pasta and other excellent meals. KRISTOPHER IS A 5 STAR EXEC CHEF.. Bravo Bryson's Bistro !!!"

"Pretty good food for the price. Got fish and chips, chicken fajitas, and Jim 's burger. All was pretty good. Fajitas were awesome. Just wished I had gotten more than 3 tortillas as there was much more filling than could fit in 3 even stuffed to the brim. The 'Better than sex ' cake was pretty darn good. Maybe not fully worthy of the title but close"

"The food is very good, excellent eggs Benedict dishes with hollandaise sauce made fresh daily. If you don't make it it time, you could miss out on the an eggs Benedict dish. "I had a spicy chicken sandwich and poutine, It was so tasty! The portion size was great, felt nice and full but not so over full I couldn’t move. To me that’s super important because I don’t like wasting food when I go out to eat and I don’t like feeling obligated to jam it all in until I feel so full I could explode as not to waste any lol. I love that they go all out with their meals because who doesn’t love cheese and bacon and for an affordable price at that. The staff is wonderful, Everyone is super friendly and funny ! Beware when liking this page, all those lovely pictures of food will have your mouth watering I get constant comments from my boyfriend about how yummy everything looks ! Keep up the great work"
