We ordered the Shak Trio with fries, hush puppies, Mac and cheese. Everything was hot and fresh also not greasy. Good value, the Trio fed 2 people with leftovers. Would definitely come again. View all feedback.

Stopped in late with a very hungry kid, ordered a duo combo with Okra and slaw and cobbler to share, asked for no spicy since I was sharing it with my 5yo...the order taking forever didn't really bother me, especially since they were training people, what sucked was driving home 20 mins after a 30 min wait just to open the food and nothing I could feed my kid...we got spicy Gator, spicy shrimp, spicy fries and spicy...
