"Chef Hugo was very personable, his food top grade; however, the initial reception at the resort in the lobby was less than congenial. It was in fact confusing and disorganized. Even though we had a reservation, we were told the dining room was closing at noon. Then 5 minutes later that the dining was opening at noon. Surprising since I was encouraged to come at 11:30 when I called the resort a week earlier."

"Standard diner fare, done reasonably well. Standard level of indifference from waitstaff. Decent cup of coffee. This place is fine if you're in a down-market mood, reading the paper while poking at the remains of scrambled eggs and bacon. The fact that it rates so highly on TripAdvisor is due to the limited competition (even a Subway chain outlet scores in the top ten here)."
