I built my own bowl with grains, beans, and greens, added my toppings (including tofu which I was happy they had! And got the Thai cashew dressing which was a DREAM. I enjoyed that they had bean sprouts because you can never find those anywhere! Obviously I wish it was all vegan but they had a lot of options. It was nice that they catered to vegans but my experience was sub-par. I ordered a bowl with grains, veggies and tofu. Then ordered my 3 year old the same thing as a kids bowl. Well, mine had half as much tofu as hers. Couldn't really call this a substantial meal.
