What Myra Satterfield doesn't like about Corelife Eatery:
I appreciated that they were able to accommodate vegans, but my experience was disappointing. I ordered a bowl with grains, vegetables, and tofu, and also ordered the same for my 3-year-old as a kids' meal. However, my bowl had only half the amount of tofu compared to hers. I believe I found out about CoreLife through and ad on FB. All their products are label vegan, you watch them make it, and they are gmo free/organic. My favorite is the siracha ginger roasted tofu grain bowl. Some dishes can be made vegan. They had a chicken Thai noodle bowl that I substituted tofu and omitted the sweet chili sauce on top. Great place to go when they look for something on the healthy side. they can wrap their own rice/noodles/bread dish, salad, wrap around.
Has a large vegan menu. tasty, healthy last for our trip. we enjoyed eating, creating their own dishes with either grain or green starter.
