What Steve Frye doesn't like about Rocco's Smokehouse Grill:
Got take out while on vacation, brisket was like a skirt steak and extremely chewy. I had 1/2 rack of ribs which were almost burnt outside and like jerky. Mix that with the dryness and a prefect trifecta of terrible. We also got dessert (Choc cake and carrot cake), both tasted old and nothing fresh about it.
