We stayed a week in Williamsburg and ate here 3 times. Hubby, son and I appreciated all of the vegan options… a variety of greens for a base, brown or saffron rice, several kinds of hummus or harissa, tabouleh, falafels, roasted white sweet potatoes, veggie medley, corn, cucumbers, tomatoes, pickled onions, kalamata olives, pita chips, more. What Joan C doesn't like about Cava:
Unfortunately this was not good there was no pita for the pita sandwich. Not even the free pita was not there. Additionally there wasnt the supergreens. For the salad. Both foundations of what we ordered. Also. The roasted veggies consisted of over cooked Brussel sprouts. ....not sure if this was bad because we were door dash or if the understaffing has made them unreliable.
