The coffee was alright, but it took a long time to come out. I got a 16oz latte and the cup was only half full. When I asked about it, I was told “that’s how it comes.” All well and good if I knew I was paying for an 8oz cup, but when I pay for a 16oz large cup I think it’s reasonable to expect 16oz of coffee in it. read more.
