Bagel Cafe And Pizza - Willingboro

I went in tonight and ordered a Chesteak plate and a Quesadilla... I loved this place because I never had a problem and the food was so delicious!! But tonight was something else. I saw the cook not only prepare, but cook and lay my queensadilla with bare hands over him in the container... and when I confronted him and asked why he didn't use gloves to prepare and treat the food of people, he began to slurries and still went on to place my Cheesteak in the other container bare handed? The young girl in the register wanted to tell me that he washes his hands and that's all he does all day... obviously I didn't sweat her. This will be the last time I give them my money.????

When I arrived to pickup my order I was greeted with a Yes? by a female employee who was leaning over the counter. Brushed that inital interaction off. After payment, she told me the pizzas were down there on the counter. (Didn 't know this was self serve. I asked for a couple of plates as I ordered two pizzas and was told I should be charged for them. I thought she was kidding. I asked if she was serious and she said something along the lines of we use these for dine-in and we charge for everything. I responded with, Ok, I 'll have to remember that for next time. Well, there won 't be a next time. It seems from previous reviews that others have experienced a similar attitude. The rude and snarky customer service needs to be addressed..

I ordered my food at 8:08 they lady that first answer was very nice but they second lady hung up on me after I asked what was the delivery time then I call back and she says I was never hung up on. So why would I call back if I didn?t feel that ways. My family definitely had bad experiences with this lady and I?m pretty sure everyone knows who she is because she always haves a attitude if you DONT WANT TO WORK THERE THEN DONT but don?t make everyone else?s looks bad because you want to be rude.

Stopped in for a bagel but walked by the pizza and had to change my mind. My son and I each got a plain and a sausage slice. Wish we chose a bagel breakfast sandwich instead, pizza was just ok. We were there before noon, but it was already pretty busy. Per the menu, there are a ton of choices, even a huge selection of pizzas. Not familiar with the area or restaurant I cant speak for the rest of the items, but it was busy and the phones were also busy. Fair prices and staff was nice.

I order food today they delivered my food wrong address. I called them and ask where is my food he kept saying that it delivered to my front door I have a ring bell system a look there is nobody came and nobody bring any food I called him again I say whatever you delivery to food can you just drive back he say yeah he will it?s been two hours guess what driver didn?t comeBecause he knows he delivered my food the wrong address that?s why and I went to Wawa get my sandwich
