We stopped here for a quick break and lunch on our way to Devon. We are regular customers of Costa when we are out and about and know what to expect with their food and drink. The staff were friendly and pleasant enough but, as is the case with too many Costas, there is apathy when it comes to clearing and cleaning tables. I usually love a Costa Coffee but I’m afraid I avoid this one in Marlborough. Nothing wrong with the staff or food/coffee but the place is filthy. In my opinion it needs gutting and a full revamp. It’s very cramped when you go in and the back area up the steps is the most dirty and unappealing. Sorry Costa but I will go to the Coffee Lab or Cafe Nero instead. read more.
