What Adsar likes about Howards House:
Stayed three nights. Room 2 is spacious two armchairs plenty of storage space .lovely view. Two tasting menus and one a la carte all good . Breakfast usual items .Good kipper with bone removed but overcooked scrambled eggs one day. Staff as friendly as Covid allows .coping well with Covid View all feedback.
What Travelling fool 101 doesn't like about Howards House:
A stop over lunch, unfortunately on a Sunday, which meant the menu was aimed at the traditional locals. Small dining room in a hotel with wonderful garden. With mainly roasts, we struggled to get away from meat and only just managed to do this. If you like Roasts then these did look excellent. Not to say it was better than average and lovely room. Staff is modest and struggle at times to cope but they do View all feedback.
