We booked a table 6 weeks ago for Christmas week. We planned to visit grandparent and go out for lunch. Turned up yesterday, driving an hour away, to a closed door and a sign saying they are closed until the new year. No phonecall or email! Happy to send an email 48 hours before our booking telling us to arrive promptly or loose our table though read more.
