we live approx. 15 minutes in bramdean and found this little gem due to the lockdown we did not properly explore our environment and so this beautiful pub is added to our top 5 pubs to go and dine. the location was great. many parking spaces. the menu was for choice and very local products, from their garden also. the personal was beautiful and attentive and knowledgeable, which always helps. the decor was beautiful... What User doesn't like about The Ship Inn:
Weather was iffy so decided to eat inside. Shown to a table by the door which was dark. Asked to move to the brighter part of the room at the rear but advised tables were reserved despite them not been occupied whilst we were there. Food was average roast dinner potatoes and veg were very overdone and dry. Overall very disappointing View all feedback.
