The portions, quality and taste of dishes are great! We usually go there for lunch after skiing. Nice people.

Classic Itali/Americano restaurant with a great selection of starters, Mains, and desserts. A couple of genuune vegan options would have suited my wife.

Love their turkey, gravy and mashed potatoes. So good !! Tried several of their dishes on the menu and all were delicious !!!

"We hosted a corporate retreat for 35 people at Scribner 's and were stunned by the helpfulness of everyone on staff, the beautiful settings (gorgeous scenery and lovely 'high-class rustic ' interior), the quality of the food and drinks, and thehelpful suggestions we received while planning our very particular event. We asked a lot of the Scribner 's team and theydelivered beautifully, staying flexible, available and communicative through the whole planning process and especially once wewere on site. Our group especially enjoyed having an activity in the beautiful garden, the no-cook appetizer and fermentationclass that Scribner 's organized, and the way the lodge facilitated both large group meetings as well as so many more privatesettings where our guests could have meetings or unwind in smaller groups. We struggled to organized transport for ourinternational guests but managed by working with several taxi companies in the area (also recommended by Scribners), so ifyou 're willing to put in a little effort on transport then Scribner 's will take care of literally everything else and yourentire group will love this venue! Thank you SO MUCH for your central role in making our retreat such a success, Kayleigh,Miranda, and the rest of the team!"

"We had 2 chicken pot pies and a haddock dinner. 12 breaded wings and 2 beers. 85.00. Wings were good just a little small. Pot pie was good. Had a big pastry on top and about 1/2 to 3/4 cup of filling. Fish was overcooked and crunchy as were the fries that seemed to have been cooked then dropped in grease again. Fries aren't supposed to be crunchy like potato chips."

"Great smashed burger spot up in these mountains. The big daddy and el Niño burgers were exactly what we needed, arguably more than what we needed. The tater tots were excellently crispy. The chili was phenomenal with sliced (and caramelized? onions rather than minced onions refreshingly in the mix. A surprise I enjoyed. Highly recommend you get a flavored hot cocoa! You can add any of the shake flavors. The peanut butter cocoa was delicious, but the pistachio cocoa was phenomenal. Overall, I get why this place was named for the best burger in the Hudson Valley."
