not worth spending. eating was basic/small size and limited menu. poor level very high from other visitors. unfortunate experience as people just stared at us.
The new decor Is very sympathetic to the style of the building. Lovely food very fresh vegetables with the dip. I enjoyed my chicken dish.
This is a beautiful venue in a great setting and a must try. The service is amazing with everyone bending over backwards to make your time as good as it can be....

"Absolutely Amazing food and service! (Especially the lamb! We were not meant to be eating in here initially but we looked over and the shawarma looked so delicious we just had to go in. The place is small but thats not an issue because it's very CLEAN! As mentioned we were on our way to a different place to eat so when we walked in we had NO idea what to order. I'm guessing it was the owner, was so patient and talked me through what he thought would be best to order and what would be included in it. He started us off with lentil soup- and oh my days there was an explosion of flavours in my mouth! Never have I tasted lentil soup as delicious as that! While we got over that our table was wiped down and our main dish was bought to us- we went for the mixed grill- I prefer lamb and was delighted to hear it was actually lamb used and NOT mutton! Portion size was very good, I would recommend having a read of the menu as there's alot included in it, we had some left over that we brought home. I picked up a piece of lamb thinking it's going to be chewy but I was really surprised that it was so soft and succulent! None of the flavours were overpowering and we really enjoyed our meal. And once again as we finished our meal, our table was swiftly cleared and aromatic tea bought to us -I'm not a tea person- especially if it has no milk- but I found myself sitting there drinking this delicious warm aromatic tea WITH a piece of chocolate orange brownie. I would highly recommend visiting this place. You will not be disappointed! And it's FRESH FOOD, nothings being brought out from the back it's all there Infront of you."

"Lovely coffee and cafe. The coffee, cakes and lunches are really good. The staff are very helpful and friendly. This is all in a great setting: plenty of outside tables in the court yard garden which is lovely and sunny, in the winter or when wet there is a great range of sofas in the shop to sit on. Always find something in the furniture to buy too…."

"Have visited Brooklands Museum countless times over the past few years and no trip is ever complete without a visit to the fantastic Sunbeam CAFE. They have a wide choice of drinks, cakes, hot food, well stocked fridges with sandwiches and cold drinks and if you are able to get there early enough, the hot breakfast is fabulous. Always friendly service with a smile. Would highly recommend."

"A very nice place that offers a range of Italian dishes that are good to be true. I stopped by at Palmieri's in a Thursday morning and had a a full continental breakfast which included a cappuccino, an almond croissant and some Italian pastry (small bout shaped cakes fill with Nutella based cream; very delicious). Along side european style breakfast, the place offers English breakfast too, which makes it ideal if you what to have a bit of variety. Future plan is to visit the place in the evening and have a full dinner experience. Definitely worth stopping by."
