Obviously as a Costa, the menu and service are pretty generic, but this Costa close to Cookham Station is worth a mention as it has a great little back patio, which is perfect for storing your bike if you want a coffee mid ride and don’t want the hassle of locking everything up. The rooms on site are wheelchair accessible and can also be used with a wheelchair or physical disabilities, Depending on the weather, you can also sit outside and be served.

What Heather Jackson doesn't like about Costa Coffee:
16:30 PM. Me and my girlfriend entered the Maidenhead High Street shop and were having a look on the menu boards, trying to decide what to get. A young lady (Vanessa) comes down the counter and with a disgusted look on her face asked us “So what’s it going to be?” , only 30 seconds after we walked in. I then asked her whether we can have a bit of time to look at the cold drinks and decide and she walked off right after, having to wait for another minute for someone else to come at the counter and attempt to serve. Extremely disappointing experience and seems like you need to know in advance what’s available in order to be served, and being rushed simply put us off and walked away. Terrible management for allowing such customer service to be in place.
