"My search for a great Philly cheesesteak led me to Jersey Mike?s today. I arrived over the lunch hour and the line was nearly to the door. Staff were obviously well trained and worked quickly to get everyone through. I ordered a large standard cheesesteak sandwich for my daughter and I to split and a regular chicken Philly with bacon and ranch for my other daughter, a small bag of Cheetos, and drank water for a total of $24.00. The large sandwich is approximately 12 inches long with a substantial amount of meat with melted provolone, onions, and green peppers. The melted provolone and juice from the meat drip down your chin as you attempt to devour it and the rosemary bread was perfectly toasted. This was the closest I have found to the real deal in Iowa and I will definitely be back for more."

"Horrible experience! No one to greet us when we entered. Longest wait we've ever had for food. And not many people. Waiter came back 2 times to ask what meat 1 of us ordered. Family wanted to leave, I said it would take longer to eat. We were starving. Food was so mushy I thought my beef enchilada was bean. I said no guacamole but there it was. I never leave my food. As we were asking for our ticket, waiter thought we wanted boxes bc our plates were full. We declined boxes. Food was mushy tasteless. We just couldnt eat it. Never going back. Wasted lots of time money."

"Really great at accommodating our large group. The website is not accurate so we showed up for a wine tasting experience that was not happening which was super disappointing but we ordered cocktails and food that was all delicious. The bar manager is a genius because all of the drinks were interesting and amazing. I’d come back, but don’t rely on their outdated website if you want to plan ahead for what to eat or drink."
