What User likes about Tim Hortons:
This place has some of the most beautiful staff. I love the quick and easy transactions here. I've noticed a lot of complaints about customer service, but honestly, I think some of these people are just unhappy with their own lives. I had a disappointing experience due to the poor service. The woman taking orders at the drive-thru was quite rude. I ordered two chicken soups, but she only brought one. I had to repeat my order more than three times for her to understand that I wanted two, not one.
