"After almost a year we finally got a reservation! the restaurant created in the library was cozy, romantic and stylish. hostess and wait staff were friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful. we order french wobel suppe and escargot and both were delicious. we ordered a bottle of wine and were impressed by the price design. for an entree we order white carvings, portions were huge and this was accompanied by a warm potato salad. not knowing if we could eat more, we ordered the brotpudding! this was the emergence of a beautiful meal and culinary experience."

"My wife and I have dined at Mistrals for decades... certainly over 50 times. Every time we are in the area on days they are open we have dinner there. Every meal has been exceptional. Dana is a great chef... period! Cheryl is always warm, accommodating and makes sure we are well taken care of. A window seat, when available, is always a treat. Watching the ever changing flow of Bromley Brook is enchanting. Some of our favorites are: Escargot; Crab Cakes; Salmon Cannelloni; Long Island Duck; Tenderloin of Veal... The wine list shouldn't be overlooked either."

"Fantastic dinner with fantastic friends My brother of brotherhood is now a Vermont native and spoke very much of SoLo and arranged for our reunification party from six to dine on one of their Thursday evening five course dinners. WOW is all I can say. Service fantastic wine fantastic ambience fantastic food all were served the same courses and each course differentiated in a delightful progression that was music to the taste buds. The pasta course was great as the duck breast was good... everything was great. The fixed menu price is expensive, but the culinary experience is worth it. Very recommended."

"Not what I expected. Only 2 items, taco or burrito. But many meat and vegan filling options, all cruelty free. Delicious taco with homemade Chorizo sausage. Delightfully surprised how much I enjoyed the food. Only drawback is a personal one. I drink a lot when I eat. I must have a fountain soda and refills. One can or bottle won't be nearly enough. And they just had bottles of designer soda."

"We came in 30 minutes prior to closing after a late set up at the horse show nearby. The hostess was very kind and after initially turning us away, told us she had spoken with the owner who said to serve us. We were so grateful. The owners daughter came over to take our order and was pretty rude. She said the kitchen was unhappy and did not want to serve us. We felt so uncomfortable that we left. I would not recommend this place."

"Great little place. Went for coffee only as beats the hell out of DDonuts or Starbucks. Quaint little place with lots of character. This isnt your grab on the go kind of place. Get your coffee, sit enjoy, converse. Heard the breakfast crepes are great as well. Always come back when in the area."
