What User doesn't like about Chicago Joe's:
Unfortunately our choice of daily special ham and pea soup was not very tasty. I felt there was too much flour added to thicken the soup. Leaving it congealed and very tasteless. The chicken Caesar salad was somewhat better but nothing to rave about. Not sure who cooked the previous nights banquet meal of Prime Rib as it was outstanding. The whole meal from salad to dessert was amazing. We were impressed. View all feedback.
The restaurant was not busy perhaps because we were there mid morning. The server was attentive and pleasant. The food was delicious.
The manager accidentally spilled our drink and made it much more than right. She was a sweet heart and went the extra mile. food and service was good!
