Nicely surprised by the quality, taste and customer service at Les Saj. Definitely, the best Middle Eastern food restaurant in Winnipeg. We went with family and we ordered different dishes. I tried the Falafel and Chicken Shawarma Wraps and both were good, not really falafel and shawarma though?, but not bad at all! Clean place, friendly staff, limited tables.
Best place in St James area to take a bite at work. Tasting and filling! Meat is fresh and juicy. Love the service and the courtesy of the staff
Got the chicken plate yesterday and almost went to heaven. Not because of the taste, but because of the raw chicken that was served. I have two spits from which 1 was cooked, but the other one was not cooked. The plate is much overpriced for what it also includes. No potatoes, barely salad. Only rice with salmonella.
Great portions, great music and friendly staff. My new favorite place to eat during the stay near Winnipeg Airport.
From Montreal, I was looking for a good shawarma place like back in my city and found nothing for two years... While having my car repaired next door I noticed this little gem and had to try it. Amazing food lives here, staff are friendly and helpful. It's my favorite place now. The garlic sauce, the pickled beats, and the fries are my favorite things so far
