It is obvious that the owner, chief George Noujaim, loves cooking because his fine kitchen was excellent. I had never liked Tabbouleh or Kibbeh before I came to Noujaim's Bistro and now I love it. We tried more than a dozen Lebanese dishes such as lamb, fish, beef, chicken, etc. and all were mouthwater. But my 3 favorites were Georges Hummus, Baba Ganoush and Baklava. Wow! They had to die. Great food and very friendly attentive service. only the question was a series of large groups, which are at a higher noise level than I enjoy.
