"If you have never had one, Firehouse subs speak for themselves...the are the best subs on the planet! I have been a huge fan of their subs since my first bite in 2004 and was sooooo excited when I saw this location coming to Greenville NC. But, I had no idea how amazing they truly were until the other day….my nephew is also a Firehouse fanatic and so after a day at the water park we drove 20 min across town to get dinner there. After ordering I realized I had no money b/c my wallet was not in my purse but still in my bag at home from the water park!! Both he and I were so disappointed (and me literally to the point of tears) that we would have to turn around and drive 20 mins home without our subs. Seeing how distraught we were that we were not going to get our subs, that is when the amazing manager offered to put the $10 order on them! I was shocked, now that is customer service! Of course, I wasn’t going to take or expect a handout, so I made a deal to come back the next day and pay the $10! Thanks to their manager and his amazing staff my nephew and I were able to enjoy the most delicious subs in the world!! When I came back to pay my $10, I made a point to let them know that while the quality and taste of the subs speak for themselves…their above and beyond customer service speaks for this Greenville location! So COME EAT HERE! You will NOT BE DISAPPOINTED! I promise!"

"I ate here for the first time 7.31.22. All dishes were super fresh tasting. You can tell they pride themselves with quality ingredients! I really like the fact they've recycled wine bottles to serve water to your table when you are first seated. Make sure if you get the salad (I have food allergies, so we got the salami on the side), to get some house dressing on the side because it is delicious!"

"I like going here because the people who work behind the counter are very respectful and helpful to their customers. I listen and watch as they wait on people. They're patient, they look you in the eye and speak to you like you matter. Even if you're a slow poke like me, they never rush but each customer is cared for individually and they make you want to spend your money there. The selections are nice, the process are fair and they're always open it seems. You can depend on them to be up, looking fresh and ready to help you and start your day right."
