Shake Shack - Woburn

The food was good, and the service was satisfactory. It was simple American cuisine, but still enjoyable. We did get a bit frustrated when we didn't receive silverware despite asking for it while staying at the hotel, and one of our drinks was missing. However, overall, it was an okay experience.

Great burgers! The 50/50 option is fantastic, and the thick shakes are delicious. I really enjoyed the mac and cheese sauce on the cheese fries, and the crinkle-cut fries were a nice touch.

The responses to customer complaints always state that improvements can be made, so why not take action? Your Yelp rating is low, and there are numerous complaints. It's time to fulfill your promise of doing better.

Honestly, eating was bad. the pommes reminded me of eating the high school cafeteria. the burgers are very small and not very good. very too expensive for what they get. I'm not sure if this is unique at this particular place, I've never been in a shake rack. also the place was really dirty. the tables are not cleaned after leaving the cartridges. the stand where you needed to be picked up water and ketchup to be taken back. I said to the hired at the counter, he just left. never done anything or tell anyone else. So I went under the counter and opened the cabinet and got the witness myself. I never go back.

They never told me that my food was ready. I waited five minutes after the five minutes, said waiting before I came in because I realized they had to be busy. I went in to find my food there all the time without a single text release. When I came home to eat it, they also screwed up my order. terrible service for so strange expensive fast food. and they don't put an avocado on my almost $10 burger.
