A busy cafe on a Saturday morning. Glad we had booked. We enjoyed the flexible menu items and were pleased with the cooked breakfasts though could have been hotter} and coffee. Good value too. Service efficient and friendly. The cafe felt cold though......many kept their coats on. So good but not without weaknesses, Comfortable seating and good atmosphere. This has got to be the worst place we have been for breakfast! After ordering the food it was delivered to the table within minutes, some may say that's a good thing, but it was clear it had been sat on a hot plate! The beans were awful! I had a poached egg that was Stone cold!! It was replaced by a fresh hot one, however, the rest of the food was then cold!! Black pudding was dry, sausage was over cooked on one side... read more.
