no option for a half-star! I am originally from the opposite that is visited by tx. sohn ordered the ribeye and at least the half of the 14oz was fat. I know a rib eye has fat and part of the taste. my problem is that when I asked the manager whether that was the pump house standard, she said it was bad standards and still poorer management “skills”.
