Love this place been going to tropical for 8 years now. Just really wish you guys would start sending out the paper coupons or give them out again. The prices have went up extremely high, and with the rewards program you have to spend hundreds just to get a free smoothie. Just wish you guys would do something about this for customers. I fully intended to tip extra since I was showing up before close, but surprisingly they had already shut down for the evening... they said their food line was closed.
