My visit to the Starbucks in Woodstock, GA was generally positive. The staff was friendly, and the coffee was delicious. However, the wait time was longer than expected, which was a slight drawback. This store is a disgrace. My sister went in for her birthday drink and they made her pay for it, even though the app clearly showed it was her birthday. Then a shift “manager” named Joy was extremely rude when my sister and my mom were trying to understand the situation. Joy made a horrible comment then hung up the phone. If you go to this Starbucks pray to the Lord you don’t come into contact with Joy. View all feedback.
Love Starbucks consistency, you can pretty much go to any Starbucks and receive outstanding service.
