we have eaten several times in kai. tonight went to dinner expecting the same dinner, service experience, etc., what we had experienced in past. the service was terrible (our waitress was also the merciful (so not available) the menu has changed (no substitutions allowed.) we asked for spinat instead of sparing (what we always had).
