"Time there. We sat outside and it was nice. The food and sizes were good. The waitress that was the trainer was not so good. The trainee was better. The trainer did not seem like she wanted to be there, she brought out our check and didn’t ask if we wanted dessert or anything else. We got the point Well come back for that another time"

"Come her routinely and it has to be the best pub food in worcester ! Im a big worcester foodie and have been to many Irish or American style pubs. This place is hands down the best. The buffalo chicken is the best I've ever had. Not too much spice with a little crispyness to them. Theyre better then places that specialize in buffalo chicken only. That says something ! The burgers are great and filling and different varieties, potato skins are incredible. Always have to start out with a cup of their hearty chilli too. Lunch specials have been great. Get seated timely. Nice new tv's on every wall. There's too many good things to say about this place."

"Platz was the right deal. Buffalo channels were so good that I put into a job before I left. the turkey dinner was amazing. felt as if I had appeared for Thanksgiving dinner, it was not disappointed. presumably expensive authentic eating, will be 100% back."

"We've stayed at the Beechwood many times, given that our extended family lives in Worcester. The small suites are lovely, and have recently been renovated to a higher standard. BUT the service has become lousy. In small print on the flyer they give you, they indicate that there will be no cleaning services, towel replacement, etc. unless requested. Yet at the same time there are placards asking the customer to make choices about fresh linens and towels for the environment. The front desk people merely referred us to the flyer. Having complained, the manager took $40 off of our stay. Hardly an enticement for us to continue going to The Beechwood in the future."

"Went to British Beer Company for dinner before a show. Restaurant was very loud, but once we were seated in the booth it was a little better. Took forever for our waitress to come over to the table, and once she did, she was no help. Asked her a question about a beer and her response was âI have no idea.â Food was fine, had the steak tips and beef stew. Thought there good have been a few more steak tips on the plate, but they were tasty. Would go back again maybe on a Friday or Saturday night for drinks at the bar."

"Ask for ahi tuna, they didn't have it. That knocked out about 1/3 of the menu. Ordered mussels + clams. Clams were undercooked and didn't even open. Mussels were empties for about half of them. Waitresss was new and apologetic, I hope she finds a new job"
