I have visited this cafe twice now with my father in law who is in a wheelchair and frail. Both times the staff have been so welcoming, not minding me doing furniture moving to get dad into a spot where he will be happy. Similar to other posters, they just didn 't want to know about an order we were doing for the office. No ketchup, then on the phone they were very rude.
