I took my Mum, my partner and Sister out for a Mother's Day meal at Oscars and the quality of service and the meal was excellent. The manager gave my Mum, Partner and Sister a lovely gift for Mother's Day as they were all Mums and this made their day. As I said at the beginning the service and Meals were excellent and we will be going back again. Thanks to all the staff. View all feedback.
What UKGreenman doesn't like about Oscars:
Pretentious trying to be fancy yet Very Poor and definitely not value for money. Nothing freshly made other than the steak which for £25 is laughable as you get a small cheap piece of meat swimming in grease, a small mushroom and a small bowl of soggy chips. The whole meal looked pathetic and didn’t taste good. A sad night View all feedback.
The food was tasty, the wine was not overpriced, and the dining room was very pleasant. The staff were very friendly, and I will definitely be returning in the near future.
I recently had a wonderful dining experience at Oscars. The meal was exceptional, bursting with flavors and beautifully presented on the plate. Despite a wedding also taking place at the venue, there were no timing issues and no waiting required. I highly recommend this restaurant and will definitely be returning.
Absolutely horrible. The food quality and service were both lacking. It was clear that the restaurant was severely understaffed, but this was not the fault of the staff. Overall, the experience was far below my expectations.
Had a lovely meal here with friends, food was very good not overpriced neither was the wine. Staff very nice and the room is lovely definitely be back.
Group of eight of us had Christmas lunch here and the service and food was excellent. The roast potatoes were particularly good! I loved the profiteroles. The menu choices suited everyone and I thought it was exceptional value. I also appreciated that the restaurant itself had plenty of space between the tables.
