We stopped here twice...on our way to and from Apollo Bay. Seriously I thought it was "just" a bar or bistro we can find on our way to Apollo Bay, but they shows me how good their food and quality were.Yes, they are not open for lunch on weekday but their food is amazingly good!!! I was amazed myself...like they are out of no where but they can provide such a good quality food and drinks too. Superb!!! View all feedback.
What Mauricio Hand doesn't like about Wye Beach Hotel:
the hotel was cold, the heating is inadequate. it's dirty too. the toilets need a good shrub, broken floor tiles need to be replaced and they should not use table numbers sticky stickers. the merciful wizard her nase and played with her hair all the time when we were there. they began to count up to 1/2 an hour before the advertised closing time. the chips of my man were cold, and my halate consisted of salate in oil... If they ever stay or drive over the river wye, do one please and make sure they fall into the wye beach hotel! the view is spectacular, the staff is helpful and eating delicious. I ordered the charred cauliflower streak, my partner chose the veganized beef burger and we shared a work of crispy fried oyster mushrooms. eating was amazing, could not mistake the taste or presentation. but it was a tad expensive. that said they get what they pay so a good option for a celebration or special occasion!
This was a very nice pub, but then again located on the great ocean road, it is something I expected. Yeah, it's actually one.
We landed here after the breakfast in geelong. it was not sure that any meal would compare with our fantastic meal at freckleducks. but what a surprise we started.
I had the seafood bisque and my friend had a pasta dish. both were good, but not great. my seafood bisque had large seafood, but the bisque itself was.
Was in wye river for a family reunion visited the hotel for a few meals and was very happy with everyone. very tasty, service was fast and the staff was very happy. the ambiente of the hotel was relaxing and comfortable definitiw they go back when I. in the opposite
