The restaurant had excellent food and drinks. Although there were some issues with the bill, they were promptly resolved. However, the interior of the restaurant was quite hot and uncomfortable. I would have given it 5 stars if the temperature was more tolerable. Despite setting the thermostat to 72, the temperature inside was a scorching 89 degrees. View all feedback.
What Angie Machado doesn't like about The Harbor House:
Relaxing, it is small, but there is seating outside. Service was wonderful. Food: No attention to detail. Avocados were hard not ripe at all, so no added flavor. Good place to hang out before you meet the lake. friendly owner too. eat cheap and perfect for just before they are on the water.
What a great floating bar/restaurant. Bartender and wait staff are awesome! Can't go wrong with the catfish or chicken wings. Beautiful sunset.
Very clean and neat. Love the wood look inside. Love being able to stroll around the restaurant. My family loved the hamburgers. I had popcorn shrimp and chicken tenders. They were a little over fried but still good. Great service. Wylie did great.
The harbor House is a good place to be they have very cheap drinks on a lake atmosphere with good lunch specials and dinner specials with all type of types of Cable sports piped in the harbor House is a good place to be go there and don't look back trust me you won't regret it
I really enjoy the fried catfish at this restaurant, but unfortunately they were out of it tonight. I ended up trying the cheeseburger with fries instead, and it was fantastic! It was one of the best burgers I've ever had. The staff was friendly and efficient. The service was quick as well. This was a take-out dinner and the price per person was between $10-20. I would rate the food, service, and atmosphere all as a 5 out of 5.
