Java Bali ‘mom’s kitchen’ inspired Indo Thai food (yes it’s as delicious as it sounds . The light, bright Bandung Slaw was perfect for a 26℃ day in sunny Auckland. I had it with poached chicken which MELTED beautifully in the mouth leaving pangs of sesame/ginger.
