Honestly, I almost cancelled because I wasn't sure if I would like things after looking at the menu. I am so glad I didn't. We booked seats at the kitchen so we could see all the action. It was amazing to see the hard work. Every plate was exceptional. I almost tipped my main on the floor and they were right there helping to tidy and offering to top up the bean salad.
