Arrived at 6pm for reservation. Was told that they didn’t take reservations. Thankfully it was not busy and easy to get a table; however, had it been busy it would have been extremely disappointing to have made the reservation but then have no table ready. Someone needs to ensure that if they accept reservations through open table that staff are aware and have tables ready. View all feedback.

Used the app to reserve my spot. Said I was first up when I arrive but after we drove all the way there, there was a 1.5-2 hour long wait at 8:00 at night. We ended up leaving not very happy. View all feedback.
The server was surprised to find out that they were on OpenTable and did not have a table ready
Buffalo Wild Wings doesn’t participate with Open Table wait list. Not even sure why it’s an option on their website.
