The former was a salad and a Mexican vegetable roll that was filled, while the latter was a quinoa based salad. Both came with a drink (soya milk or coconut and squash) and there was also a plate of dried fruits. All tasted wonderful and refreshed from the Chinese Buddhist farewell."
