We had a fantastic meal at Calypso Grill! My husband and I shared the fried plantains as an appetizer. I ordered the empanadas with black beans and corn and a side of the island Cole slaw and yucca fries. For dessert I had the coconut rice pudding. Everything was delicious and we plan to return! so it was a nice little place, but eating is definitiw rather bland and when they go, I do not recommend the plantains they are pretty rough. the eating had no spice, although I enjoyed my jackfruit meal when I had salt and set the aija salsa.
