Finally, there was a place with good tasting, but more than that. The price was overwhelming and the amount of shrimp and beef teriyaki we both had was incomparable. I'm tired of hitting everywhere, and this restaurant gave me a big smile. The only thing I don't really like was the tempura I felt should have been fried about 1 minute more. What Chelsea D doesn't like about Tomo Japanese Cuisine:
LITERAL PLASTIC. I was halfway through my meal and chewing a piece of beef negimaki. I kept chewing thinking I had just gotten a tough part of the meat. NOPE. Spat it out and saw it was a piece of plastic wrap. So appalled right now. read more.

"The truck was at the Paramus Food Truck Festival over the weekend. Hubby's cousin is a picky eater, but he loved the Brisket Sandwich. Which says a lot : I got the Corn Bread and Carolina Bowl. I loved the Carolina Bowl, meaty, and the slaw was delicious, and I'm not a slaw person. My order was to go, so I ate it later and it was delicious. I will have to try it freshly made in the brick and mortar location. The Corn Bread was too dry for my taste, I had to warm it up and smothered it with butter to eat it... Will have to go to the brick and mortar location soon!"
