We ordered a bacon egg sandwich (add ham) and a curry chicken with rice. After 25 minutes we asked the waiter to follow up on our bill because it was taking so long. He didn't do anything. The rice finally came out 10 minutes later and the sandwich another 5 after. After we ate we both felt sick. The food did not taste good at all. "Mamajoun is a place I've wanted to try since they first opened. I finally got around to it!The place is part restaurant, offering Armenian pizzas and more, and part grocery store. Offerings include preserved meats and preserved fruits (jams) of all types.Our meal started with an order of Mante (beef dumplings). It was served in a tomato sauce with yogurt and spices. It was a great way to start our meal. Other choices included the Papajoun and the Armenian Pizza, both suggested by Mirhan and both delicious.The Papajoun was a flatbread pizza with ground beef, spices, and a red pepper paste.
