Quality Inn Austintown-youngstown West - Feedback

What User doesn't like about Quality Inn Austintown-youngstown West:
this hotel is in very bad condition. they accept pets and we had dogs belling during the night, no elevator for 2nd floor, our room was supposed to be just finished again, bad was nasty, towels were all laced, thin and picky. the breakfast offered, but nothing with protein, high carbs, so we had to buy after our departure. everything except quality. This was my second stay at this hotel. First time would rate 5 but second stay had bedbug and was able to get pic. Would not have written review but when I tried to contact manager first told me I was mistaken and how when me husband had a bite and took pic then the usual manager not in. Bad reviews could be avoided if management would be accountable and in this case call exterminator View all feedback.
