One of our favorite stops in the area. We try everything but typically start with shrimp cocktail which are meaty and tasty. We also recommend the tavern peppers flatbread. As far as dinners, we've had the surf and turf, filet, ribeye on our many occasions. The restaurant also has a respectable beer and wine list to keep our thirst quenched. What nick vanasky doesn't like about Springfield Grille:
Atmosphere was great, service was lackluster at best... Food was absolutely terrible. You love 10x the amount of salt anything should ever have than this is the place for you. Filet mignon was the toughest steak on the table, for the $300 we spent id expect even a slightly tender steak. Cook on the steak was nice but flavor and presentation was just unbelievably poor. We get the Lamb chops. It's always very delicious. Also had the ribeye, which was cooked perfectly. Great size for a woman, but a man needs at least a 20oz bone...
