Hot dogs are great.. bartenders are very good too.. usually the atmosphere is better than it was last Saturday night .. DJ was playing the most annoying songs on planet that he only was enjoying View all feedback.

Went before a concert downtown. Arrived at 6pm and ordered food at 6:15. Left at 7:30 without any food, young manager was disrespectful and did not refund any money or give us a card to come back. Shouldn’t take over an hour for a hot dog and fried tots. Exactly why the boardman location is always dead. Need better leadership and customer service View all feedback.
Severely understaffed and when told 25 minutes for food, took over an hour. They need to prepare better and hire more people or work more staff.
