Carl's Jr. - Yuba City

Went in to pick up order told us to go through drive thru. Waited 20 min in drive thru to be told milkshake machine was down...order was for milkshakes and 1 order of fries. No apology for sending us thru line to get told that...customer serviceneeds help.

Almost everytime I come here they get my order wrong, today I asked payed for extra bacon I got 1 slice, the other day I asked for no tomatoes and onions and they just put it in the burger.

This place has always great burger and extras that they can not normally get other places like fried zucchini. it is in vain, so we don't go there so it's always a tasty bite!

I went there at 1am on a Saturday night. It was a little busy but they go the line through quickly. Customer service was not very inviting but not overly rude either. The fries were cold but the poppers were hot. Kinda what you would expect for an after the bar time of night. Unfortunately I was not just having a late night snack after drinking so the food was less than satisfying.

This place is usually pretty good at getting our order done right. Service is good and our food has always came out tasting good
