What DeannaBK likes about Cheese Factory:
First time having chinoise fondue. So fun and delicious with the sauces. Rice and fries were a nice addition. Started with the raclette which is a local must. Service was great. FYI, the fruit served with the fondue are pallet cleaners, not dessert, lol! read more.

We made a reservation for dinner (it’s made with the hotel front desk upstairs, which was very nice and polite). Upon arrival, Mario, the server, said he didn’t have us on his list, and immediately told us to leave. He made absolutely zero effort to fix their mistake when I pulled my phone to show him I had actually called and made a reservation, he said he didn’t care because reservations aren’t his business.
