What Anne D likes about la Taverne:
We have eaten here several times on our visits to Zermatt. The friendly welcome remains the same. There is a good variety of swiss and other dishes including soups and omelettes if you want a break from rich food. The herb fondue is particularly good. It seems to be popular with local people so maybe book in peak season. View all feedback.

Service was ok. Limited choices in food, good portions but quite standard. Nothing special other than a few simple Swiss dishes. Atmosphere is quite old and basic. Table settings simple, thin paper napkins and plastic flowers on tables. For all above overpriced. View all feedback.
